We have general telephone and email ticketing support available 12 hours a day, 7 days a week, yes you can actually call and speak to us by telephone. We respond to support tickets quickly, and if we have to guide you through something we will contact you using our live chat system.

Emergency Support

We have combined forces with two other web hosts who like us run their own servers to provide 24/7 emergency support. Should your site go offline, you will be able to pick up a phone and contact someone to sort it out quickly. (This service is for hosting clients only)
